Nancy helps her clients realize their dreams in selling/buying their next home. Nancy has been a REALTOR since 2013. She recently joined Allen Tate and was with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. 

Nancy and her husband have lived in Cary, NC for over 29 years where they raised 3 daughters. Nancy was on Cary Planning & Zoning Board where she learned so much to help her clients!! Nancy has served as Cary, Apex & Morrisville Chambers' Ambassador at various times over the years. She has been an active volunteer and leader in the community, especially in the areas of safety and education. Her last name “Caggia” might still be recognized from purple yard signs from a prior Wake School Board campaign which she lost about 250 votes, just over 1%. She continues to serve now on Board Advisory Council and school committees to keep informed on latest school assignments and topics. Nancy had enjoyed leading Girl Scout Troop for years and was an active member in her children’s high school band booster organization (before her kids went to college.) Her character and integrity are well respected in Cary and throughout Wake County.

Nancy earned her SRES/Senior Real Estate Specialist certification to help mature clients with their unique requirements. Nancy is a certified PPS/Professional Property Stager. She also earned her ABR/ Accredited Buyer's Representative and SRS/Seller's Representative Specialist designations in the past. Nancy's husband is a retired Veteran and with Nancy's MRP/Military Relocation Professional certification, Nancy has found many military families a new home here also.  These accreditations are no longer technically valid due to not paying the annual renewals. 

Nancy has thirty-two years of accounting experience in U.S. and abroad with her prior employers including Price Waterhouse and Simon & Schuster, Inc., a division of CBS Corporation. Her business experience and attention to detail will help make your next real estate transaction smooth, accurate and enjoyable. Nancy has worked overseas and still continues to love to travel and experience all cultures (& the foods!)
